Positano

Positano bites deep. It is a dream place that isn’t quite real when you are there and becomes beckoningly real after you have gone.
— John Steinbeck

This town, built into the cliffs of the Amalfi Coast, will always hold a special place in my heart. It is where we took our engagement photos.

It was pouring and the wind was stinging our skin and the beach was empty. It was just us, the ocean, and the rain.

It is a moment that is forever frozen in time and I will always cherish it.

And while we were only there for a short while, it was certainly long enough to make a lasting impression.

I would absolutely love to go back with my husband. And if we were to go back (just the two of us), we would stay at Villa Treville.

But for now, allow the images below to entice you to venture on your own romantic journey.

I want a trouble-maker for a lover, blood spiller, blood drinker, a heart of flame, who quarrels with the sky and fights with fate, who burns like fire on the rushing sea.
— Rumi
